Our performance programs are designed for athletes who are determined to maximise their performance in their chosen sport. We can provide individual athletes as well as groups or teams wanting to train together.

 

Discounts can apply for teams or groups of greater than 10 people wanting to train together on a regular basis.

Speed and Agility

Speed and Agility

A 45-minute field-based program involving sprint technique drills, strengthening exercises, agility drills and speed and speed endurance drills. This program is designed to maximise:

  • Your sprint technique to improve efficiency
  • Improve strength in specific muscle groups
  • Improve change of direction mechanics and efficiency
  • Maximise speed and acceleration
  • Improve speed endurance to increase capacity to perform repeated sprints

 

At $25 per session, this is a sure-fire way to optimise your performance on the pitch. If you purchase a ten-session pack for $250 you will receive your own mobility pack including a foam roller, trigger point ball, resistance bands, and a carry bag. If you are purchasing another ten-session pack, we will be able to offer a discount in place of another mobility pack.

Strengthen and Lengthen

Strengthen and Lengthen

A 30-minute program in which you undertake an individually prescribed flexibility,
mobility, and eccentric strengthening program. This is program is designed
to:

  • Improve joint and muscle range of motion
  • Increase joint mobility
  • Maintain performance by maximising functional range of motion
  • Improve recovery from sports and training

 

An affordable price of $15 per session, this program will assist in preventing injuries as well as maximising performance. If you purchase a ten-session pack for $150, you will receive your own mobility pack including a foam roller, trigger point ball, resistance bands, and a carry bag. If you are purchasing another ten-session pack, we will be able to offer a discount in place of another mobility pack.

Strength and Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning

A 45-minute individually prescribed strength and conditioning program utilising PRP Physio’s gym space and equipment. We will perform a thorough analysis prior to the program beginning and work with you to achieve the goals we discuss. This program is designed to:

  • Improve strength
  • Improve muscular endurance
  • Increase power

 

At an affordable price of $25 per session, this program is sure to get you seeing results on a consistent basis and progressing towards your goals. Sports Performance

Sports Performance

This is a program we recommend you embark on over an extended period, it is for athletes wanting to achieve certain goals and will stick to a program to achieve it. We recommend athletes train with us on at least a twice weekly basis at a total cost of $20 per session. Sessions will run for 45 minutes, twice per week with a mixture of elements from the previous three programs. We will work with you to ensure you are tracking towards achieving your goals with performance-based assessments occurring every six weeks.

 

Potential goals could include:

  • Improving maximal jump height
  • Improving 10 metre sprint time
  • Improving 50 metre sprint time
  • Increase jumping distance
  • Increase strength as defined by certain tests such as squat or deadlift 3 rep max
